- Live outside the area and would like an initial evaluation before traveling.
Before Scheduling
To make your consultation as helpful as possible, please email any information you have, including:
- A description of your concerns or symptoms.
- Dental x-rays or CBCT images (if available).
- Photos of the affected area.
- Previous dental records or treatment recommendations.
- Any questions you would like addressed.

Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment
After payment, you may book your video consultation through our online scheduler by selecting “Virtual Consultation.”
Step 4: Meet With Dr. Vaziri
During your video appointment, we will review your concerns, discuss possible causes, and explain potential treatment options.

A virtual consultation provides education and guidance but does not replace a comprehensive clinical examination. A definitive diagnosis and treatment recommendations may require an in-person evaluation and additional radiographs.
